1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

2. Eligibility

To open an Account and use the cor43 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. cor43 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21. We conduct age verification at account creation and at the KYC stage.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are of diminished mental capacity or under legal guardianship, you are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a cor43 employee or partner entity.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be opened and operated solely by the registered individual.
• You must not have been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently closed on any cor43 account previously.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally, even if Indonesia is your declared country of residence.

3. Account Registration

When registering a cor43 Account, you agree to the following conditions:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. cor43 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false registration information is discovered.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the cor43 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or pending bonuses will be permanently forfeited without compensation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify cor43 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. cor43 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (after applicable wagering requirements are satisfied) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

4. KYC Verification

cor43 is committed to a secure, fraud-free gaming environment. As part of our standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may require you to submit identity and address verification documents before approving withdrawals or increasing account transaction limits.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last 90 days showing your full name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: For bank transfer withdrawals, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other bank account registered on your profile.

4.2 Verification Timeline

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email once your verification is complete. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC approval will be held in a pending state until verification is finalized.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

cor43 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method but are generally no lower than Rp 20.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed instantly under normal conditions. Deposits via CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon may take up to 30 minutes. cor43 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees for which cor43 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (08:00 – 22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). The standard withdrawal processing time is 15–30 minutes for verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the following business day.

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 (subject to account tier and KYC status)
• Withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the cor43 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Refused or Delayed Withdrawals

cor43 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the Account is under a security review or fraud investigation; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) the Account is in breach of any provision of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cor43 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the offer and the general conditions below.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they become withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before satisfying an existing wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• cor43 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already accepted by a Player.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement ("turnover requirement") specifies the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the Player must place a total of Rp 20.000.000 in qualifying bets. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; specific contribution percentages are disclosed on the relevant bonus page.

6.3 Prohibited Bonus Strategies

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to hedge bets and guarantee profit from bonus funds.
• Using bonus funds on games with minimal variance at bet sizes close to the maximum allowed during a bonus period.
• Any strategy that cor43 reasonably determines to be designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational play.

7. Betting & Game Rules

cor43 offers a wide range of gaming products including sports betting (judi bola online, our online football betting section), live casino, slot games, and togel (Toto Gelap, Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery). The following general rules apply across all product verticals.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by cor43. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where the bet exceeds table limits, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where betting patterns suggest match-fixing or insider knowledge.

7.2 Voided Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned if: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours; (b) the market was offered in error; (c) the odds displayed were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault. Void bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

7.3 Payout Limits

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all product categories. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. cor43 reserves the right to reduce maximum payout amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts where risk management requires it.

7.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live game session (live casino, slots), cor43 will use server-side game logs to determine the last confirmed game state and resolve the session accordingly. Decisions based on these logs are final. cor43 is not responsible for losses arising from the Player's internet connection instability.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cor43 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or identity documents.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any technology designed to obscure your true location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or tournament formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it immediately to [email protected] and must not exploit it. Exploitation of any bug, even unintentional, may result in winnings being forfeited.
• Using funds of criminal origin for deposits. cor43 cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward cor43 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

cor43 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that all Players can access free of charge at any time from their Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a voluntary break of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which your Account will be temporarily inaccessible.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 6 months and up to 5 years. During this period, you will not receive any marketing communications from cor43.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the cor43 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, graphics, text, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of cor43 or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any cor43 content without the express prior written consent of cor43. Unauthorized use of cor43 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cor43, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
• Losses caused by third-party service interruptions, including payment processor outages, telecom network failures, or internet service disruptions.
• Any errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that have been corrected and communicated to affected Players within a reasonable timeframe.

The total aggregate liability of cor43 to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by cor43.

12. Amendments

cor43 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the cor43 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law.

cor43 operates under internationally recognized gaming regulatory standards. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their location. cor43 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond its stated target market.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our customer support process may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
